An error occurred while consolidating disks msg fileio lock
There are several solutions posted for this that tell you to delete the files. It worked for a few months and then stopped working (the replication, not the VM).
Cannot open the disk 'vmfs/volumes/x/x/x.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on. I have been trying to replicate this VM with Veeam.

A reoccurring issue this one, and usually due to a failed backup.
